For applications with limited or no make-up water, direct mechanical chiller can be the only process cooling method. For these applications, our CleanChill solution integrates an inlet chilling module with optional air filtration and a mechanical chiller system. Using the same modular manufacturing techniques, the Everest Sciences CleanChill solution is a cost competitive solution for many applications

Integrated modular design for air handler and chiller- No make-up water required to achieve cooling duty
- Cool process air to as low as 40 to 45ºF (4 to 7°C)
- Integrated PLC based and HMI to integrate with existing plant controls
- Includes all electrical starters and controls
- Option to manufacture to ASME B31.5 and B31.9 piping standards with option for B31.3
- Option for electrical equipment to meet NEMA Class 1, Division 2 or Division 1 standards. Compliance to ATEX standards available on request
- Systems mounted on structural painted carbon steel frame, factory assembled ready for installation upon arrival
